ORAM, the Amsterdam Region Business Association, promotes the interests of the private sector in the greater Amsterdam Region. ORAM is, among others, branch association for all port related companies in the Amsterdam port area. With activities in the large business and office parks in and around Amsterdam as well as Schiphol Airport and in Amsterdam Seaports, ORAM is the leading business association in the Amsterdam area.

ORAM participates in Park & Facility Partners, a park management organization that takes care of business parks in Amsterdam, Schiphol and Zaanstad. Also ORAM has started Amsterdam Creative Crossings, a platform for companies in the creative industries. Finally ORAM hosts a platform for heavy industry for the exchange of information on health, safety and environment.

ORAM is a network association, hosting many events ranging from 20 to 200 participating businessmen and -women from every sector in the Amsterdam economy. The networking events form ideal opportunities to meet potential clients as well as influential politicians and (local) government officials. ORAM furthermore organises buying power of the members in a substantial members' benefit programme. It is the business association of business parks: Zeeburg, Schinkel, Riekerpolder, Zuidas, Westpoort, Amstel business Park, Teleport and Schiphol.

ORAM has over 600 business members and is the main voice of the Amsterdam business community.
