17-20 oktober: Afsluiting zuidkant Amsterdam
Van 17 tot 20 oktober 2025 krijgen weggebruikers én treinreizigers te maken met omleidingen en extra reistijd. De A10 Zuid is in de richting Utrecht/Hengelo bijna helemaal dicht. Op 18 en 19 oktober rijden er minder treinen via station Amsterdam Zuid.
Wegverkeer
Van vrijdag 17 oktober 22.00 uur tot maandag 20 oktober 05.00 uur zijn deze wegen afgesloten:
- A4 richting Amsterdam vanaf knooppunt Badhoevedorp, voor verkeer vanuit Schiphol en Amstelveen.
- A10 Zuid richting A1 Hengelo en A2 Utrecht vanaf de oprit S108 tot afrit S109.
- A10 West richting A10 Zuid A1 Hengelo en A2 Utrecht vanaf de afrit S107.
De extra reistijd kan oplopen tot een uur.
Treinverkeer
Op zaterdag 18 en zondag 19 oktober 2025 rijden er minder treinen van en naar station Amsterdam Zuid. De metro’s rijden volgens dienstregeling.

Werkzaamheden
Zuidasdok werkt aan de vernieuwing van station Amsterdam Zuid en aan de verbreding van de A10 Zuid. In het weekend van 17-20 oktober hijst Zuidasdok vanaf de A10 nieuwe perronkappen voor het station op hun plek. En in knooppunt De Nieuwe Meer bouwt Zuidasdok aan een nieuwe fly-over, die de A10 Zuid verbindt met de A4 richting Schiphol. Om dit veilig te kunnen doen, moet ook de verbinding van de A10 West naar de A10 Zuid dicht.
17-20 October: road closures on the south side of Amsterdam
From 17 to 20 October 2025, road users and railway passengers will face diversions and extra journey times. The A10 Zuid will be almost completely closed in the direction of Utrecht/Hengelo. On 18 and 19 October, there will be a reduced railway service via Amsterdam Zuid station.
Road traffic
From 22.00 on Friday, 17 October to 05.00 on Monday, 20 October these roads will be closed:
- A4 in the direction of Amsterdam from the Badhoevedorp junction, for traffic from Schiphol and Amstelveen.
- A10 Zuid in the direction of the A1 Hengelo/A2 Utrecht from the S108 access road to the S109 exit.
- A10 West in the direction of the A10 Zuid A1 Hengelo and A2 Utrecht from the S107 exit.
Road users can expect additional journey times of up to one hour.
Railway traffic
On Saturday, 18 and Sunday, 19 October 2025, there will be a reduced railway service running to and from Amsterdam Zuid station. Metros will still be running the normal timetable.

Works
Zuidasdok is working on the regeneration of Amsterdam Zuid station and the widening of the A10 Zuid. In the weekend of 17-20 October, Zuidasdok will be lifting new platform roofs for the station into position from the A10. At the De Nieuwe Meer junction, Zuidasdok is building a new flyover that will connect the A10 Zuid to the A4 in the direction of Schiphol. In order to do that work safely, the road connecting the A10 West to the A10 will be closed.
