7 juni t/m 17 augustus minder treinen
Van vrijdag 27 juni tot en met zondag 17 augustus 2025 rijden er minder treinen via station Amsterdam Zuid. Houd rekening met volle(re) treinen en meer drukte op de perrons.

Aangepaste dienstregeling metro
Tussen 12 juli en 25 augustus rijdt de metro met een aangepaste dienstregeling.

Dicht

• A4 richting Amsterdam vanaf knooppunt Badhoevedorp, voor verkeer vanuit Schiphol en Amstelveen.
• A10 Zuid richting A1 Hengelo en A2 Utrecht tussen oprit S108 en afrit S109.
• De verbinding A10 West richting A10 Zuid Hengelo/Utrecht.
• A10 Oost tussen knooppunt Amstel en Watergraafsmeer richting A1 Hengelo.
• De verbinding A2 richting de A10 Oost vanaf knooppunt Amstel.

Werkzaamheden
Zuidasdok maakt de ingang van station Amsterdam Zuid geschikt voor groot bouwmaterieel om het station te kunnen vernieuwen. De A10 Zuid wordt daarvoor deels opengebroken. Daarnaast bouwt Zuidasdok in knooppunt De Nieuwe Meer een nieuwe fly-over voor de verbreding van de A10 Zuid. Tegelijkertijd vervangt Rijkswaterstaat het asfalt van de A10 Oost.

A10 Zuid and Oost closed for 16 days; reduced train services

From 26 June to 12 July, the A4, A10 Zuid and A10 Oost will be almost completely closed in the direction of the A1 to Hengelo and the A2 to Utrecht. The closure will take effect on Thursday, 26 June at 21.00 and remain in force until Saturday, 12 July at 21.00. This could increase your journey time by up to one hour.

Reduced train services from 27 June to 17 August
From Friday, 27 June to Sunday, 17 August 2025, there will be reduced train services through Amsterdam Zuid station. It is likely that the trains will be fuller than usual and that the platforms will be busier than what you may be used to.

Amended timetable for metro
Between 12 July and 25 August, the metro will be running according to an amended timetable.

Closed

• The A4 in the direction of Amsterdam from the Badhoevedorp junction, for traffic from Schiphol and Amstelveen.
• The A10 Zuid in the direction of the A1 Hengelo and the A2 Utrecht between the S108 access road and the S109 exit.
• The road connecting the A10 West to the A10 Zuid in the direction of Hengelo/Utrecht.
• The A10 Oost between the Amstel junction and Watergraafsmeer in the direction of the A1 to Hengelo.
• The road connecting the A2 to the A10 Oost from the Amstel junction.

Work activities
We will be modifying the entrance to Amsterdam Zuid station to enable the passage of large-scale construction items needed for the modernisation of the station. The A10 will have to be partly dug up for this work to be carried out. We are also building a new flyover at the De Nieuwe Meer junction for the widening of the A10 Zuid. At the same time, Rijkswaterstaat will be carrying out maintenance work on the A10 Oost (new asphalt).
